Mountain Rottweiler Rescue Mountain Rottweiler Rescue is currently accepting donations for Juelz who desperately needs a surgery to repair a torn Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) and a Luxating Patella (a condition where her knee pops out of place which is very painful).
